Worldwide delivery

NordicWalkingPoles.com deliver worldwide to wherever you are, or where you will be on holiday. Choose your delivery options and enter any optional "special delivery instructions" at secure checkout.

UK delivery options and cost

Standard delivery is 2 - 3 days from the date of dispatch - £2.99 (FREE if spend over £75)

Express delivery is 1 - 2 days from the date of dispatch - £4.99 (FREE if spend over £75)

Next Working Day - £5.99 (Orders must be placed before 4pm Monday - Friday to be dispatched the same day)

Saturday Delivery guaranteed before 1pm - £9.99 (Orders must be placed before 4pm Monday - Friday to be dispatched the same day)

Outside UK delivery options and cost

Choose from two levels of service depending on how quickly you need your order delivered. We accept PayPal too, so you can also pay directly from your bank account, not needing to use a credit card or bankcard, or use PayPal as normal.

Standard International

Standard International method is suitable for all orders to be shipped outside the United Kingdom. ParcelForce Worldwide takes 3-21 days for delivery from dispatch, dependent on location, examples, Europe £5.50, US £10.21.  

Express International

This shipping method is suitable for all orders to be shipped outside the United Kingdom. Parcelforce Express takes 1-4 days for delivery from dispatch, dependent on location, examples Europe £28, US £35.

We will e-mail you the tracking details where relevant as soon as your order is dispatched.

Dispatch Time

All orders are processed the very same day. Next day orders are dispatched same day, subject to your payment authorization.

Alternative Delivery Address

Simply choose this option during checkout, by ticking and providing an alternative address such as your work, home or even holiday address.

Special Instructions

Add special delivery instructions in the additional information box during checkout, such as "leave at the back door or leave with neighbors, Mrs. Smith, house number 8"

Order tracking

We will e-mail you the tracking details where relevant as soon as your order is dispatched.

Signing for delivery

Dependent on which delivery option you have chosen, you may need to sign for the delivery.

Our standard service if parcel is light may go out with Royal Mail and be delivered with your post.

Order Collection

You may order online, then collect your order from our store. In this instance note down that you will collect from our boutique in the additional information section and we will refund any delivery cost.

Missing or damaged delivery

We will require damaged items to be returned to us.

For missing UK orders we will resend items after 5 days, or for International 30 days. This is to allow enough time for items to possibly be returned by courier due to incorrect address details or nobody being available for receipt or similar.
