Returns & Exchanges

NordicWalkingPoles offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way unhappy with your clothing, equipment, or any accessories, or need another size we will exchange them or give you a full refund.

Any item may be returned or exchanged anytime within 14 days (under distance selling regulations you may cancel your order by returning any item up to 7 days from the day after delivery, however NordicwalkingPoles have extended this to 14 days) from the date of dispatch for a refund or exchange.  All that is needed is that the item(s) remain unused and in as new condition with all packaging and labels intact.  Exchanges are Free of charge.

If your item does not fit, or is not quite what you wanted or you have just changed your mind.  Don't despair!  Just simply send it back for a full refund or exchange.  

Simply return any purchase with the return form and the posting bag provided with the delivery.  Please use a recorded delivery service when sending the item(s) back.

Please remember to fill in the returns or exchange form, as it will make it quicker to find your order and exchange it or process the refund.  If you would like to exchange the item for another size or colour, please send us an email as soon as possible so we can make sure that we put the item on the side for you.

Return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us.  If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.  

Please note that in case of the item being returned to us because it wasn't collected from the post office or the courier company, we will resend it to you if you wish to but we will have to charge for the postage.  This will include orders over £100.00.  Please note that if you cancel your order after not collecting it from the Post Office depot or the courier, we will process the refund minus the postage.  This is including orders over £75 with free delivery.  If the fault is ours, we will be happy to resend the order free of charge using the fastest delivery service.  

As with most online retailers goods returned after 14 days may not be refunded, although of course we welcome your custom.  Please allow 14 days for refund to be processed and refunded to your card.  We will send you an email to let you know when the refund has been processed.  

Please note that items purchased on sale with a discount of 30% or more can only be exchanged for another size, item, or a credit note valid for one year.  But cannot be refunded.  We always have new arrivals so it is just a short time before you find something else that catches your eye.
