Our Obligation To You

1.    We value your custom and will endeavour to make sure that, all customer purchases, and the service we offer, meet with your satisfaction.

2.    We will never knowingly sell counterfeit products, only genuine, original branded products.

3.    We will never ignore complaints or grievances, and will take reasonable steps to resolve any issues.

4.    Our terms and conditions exist for the rights and protection of our customers and ourselves from fraud or misrepresentation.

5.    We reserve the right to make adjust or regulate prices without any advanced warning.

6.    All products offered for sale, are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil your order in the event that items are no longer in stock, we will dispatch the remainder at our discretion. In such circumstances, a follow on order will not be charged for postage and packaging.

7.    If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order, we will inform you by email, at the earliest opportunity.

8.    Any descriptions relating to suitability, size, weight, or colour etcetera are acquired from our suppliers, and are intended for guide purposes only.

9.    Each and every transaction submitted from the order page, will be regarded as an offer from you to purchase the goods, subject to these terms and conditions.

10.  As a customer, your are responsible for the accuracy of your order.

11.  When we receive an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you, displaying and order number. At this point you will be able to rectify any mistakes.

12. Submission of an order number is acceptance by both parties, of a legal and binding contract between you the customer, and we the suppliers on these terms and conditions. We will supply you with the goods, in due course, as set out in your order, subject to availability.
